Hi,
I'm new to Ubuntu and Linux all together so please bare with me. I've seen other solutions to this problem but I haven't been able to replicate what other people suggest so maybe my problem is new. I have an ASUS netbook and I've just done a clean install over Windows 7 and I successfully installed Ubtuntu 12 Desktop and I did a reboot and it wont boot into the OS, it just shows me a blinking cursor after I type in the pass phrase that I used to encrypt when installing. What do I do? Also if you could make your solutions easy to understand that will be great!
