I just installed Ubuntu 12.10 yesterday and I'm still getting used to having menu in the taskbar like Macs have it.
The problem I'm having is trying to click any of the control buttons [Close, Minimize, Restore] when a window is maximized. I see the buttons when I hover over the taksbar but when I move the mouse over to them it changes back to the window title text.
So far, all I've change in settings are the Theme (radiance) and the launcher icon size (32).

Seems to be fixed after a reboot. Not sure what was going on.
