Hello,
Recently, I noticed that I have lots (can get to 100 or more) instances of dbus-daemon and dconf-service. Killing them off sometimes succeeds and sometimes causes my laptop to reboot.
When I first noticed it, I was using Ubuntu 12.04, but the problem persists even after an upgrade to Ubuntu 12.10.
Any idea how to figure out where this is coming from?
