Disabling "Window Menu" and adding a shutdown menu in Mate-Desktop?

Hi guys,

I've recently found out about Mate and I installed it in Ubuntu. I really do like it but there are two things that are annoying me at the moment and they are:

The Window Menu button in the window title ( the silver dot on the right side of the bar):

And also the shutdown/logout/lockscreen buttons are in the "System Menu" dropdown.

My question is, how do I remove the window-menu button from my windows? And also how do I add a new menu to house the shutdown/logout/lockscreen functions?
