View Full Version : [ubuntu] Install problem

I am using windows 7. I wanna install ubuntu 9.10 side by side of windows but i can not. Although i used it previously (6 month ago)
Now when set up file installed the screen is inactive.
Need help to solve this problem.

I do not recommend to install ubuntu 9.10, it is by far, end of life supported system.
I think you would try to install the last stable LTS release 12.04.

I am currently using ubuntu 12.04, And am happy with it!! Ubuntu 9.10 is like using IR in a bluetooth, WiFi age!! You will struggle friend!! If you are looking for GNOME Classic look, you can install it in ubuntu 12.04 :)
