I put Ubuntu 12.10 x64 on a flash drive, when I try to install it everything is fine. Except when I choose to install updates and third party software. It freezes. If I don't select them the install is fine but Ubuntu won't start when I reboot, I have to do a cold startup. I also had some hardware issues with my video card crashing xorg but I switched it to the top most PCIe port and that is solved now. Im thinking it was a corrupt download, I'm redownloading the iso now to see if it changes anything, I was wondering if anyone else has run into these problems?
