Triple boot Ubuntu (backtrack) Windows 7 and opensuse 12.2

I need a hand tripple booting windows 7 with Ubuntu (Backtrack) and opensuse 12.2. my hardware isnt great and is as follows.

Advent Roma 2001 with Intel Celeron T3100 1.9 GHz Dual Core Processor, 3GB of Memory and 320GB
