subject: Nautilus Close button missing
When I click a folder to be maximize in gnome-shell, the window border disapear! It seems the nautilus border goes under GNOME panel:

WebHTTrak software also has the same problem.
But other software behavior correctly. Chromium, for example:

Note: I've used "gnome-tweak-tools" to add minimize-maximize buttons to windows.
