Using a camera of 1.8 billion pixels, from 17,500 feet can distinguish a bird 6 inches in size. Can see an entire small city in it entirety and zoom while keeping the entire city perspective intact. They made it using 268 cell phone cameras in an array.

Very interesting to see the technological capabilities playing out in the air.

Those terabytes are from just one drone. I wonder how they can store it all. Mention is made that they can and from all UAV's.

Wireless power transmission using lasers!
This could keep eyes in the sky on a continual basis.
How though this can punch thru clouds or say for surveliance in a city, the drone goes between buildings the laser would be cut off.
So maybe a small battery to keep it in the air. I imagine a countermeasure might be simply smoke.
Would you want high powered laser beams in the sky, could blind a pilot.

Alternatively this could be used instead of running wires, so you can get power into hard to reach places or research and military bases. Say your running low on power, they could send you power instantly perhaps hundreds of miles away.
