Hi

This is my first post on this site.
I would to know build desktop navigator app, I mean that after the OS in up, the usser only can use the brownse to navigate on internet, nevar can close the navigator.
At the same time, one administrator can type a password to open the normal OS Ubuntu.

Please, let me a idea or how can see a sample, I make a web site, threfore I´d like after on the computer go to this site.

I'm not sure what you want, but I have two guesses.

1. The guest user id (or guest account) in Ubuntu. It is there by default, when you install Ubuntu. Guest is very limited, it can write onto the internal drive, but it will be removed after log out. Guest is not allowed to read the private files of the ordinary user accounts.

2. A kiosk operating system. You can download Webconverger (which is free for private use, but there is an introductory advertisement). This system only allows running the web browser, and all data are reset at logout/reboot/poweroff.

I want build to make a like a kiosk operating system (is not comercial is for my internal use on my office).

The system need to run on the web browser, never can go to the desktop (exit or close the navigator) or other possibility.

But if you login by administrator mode, you can work without any restriccion.
