ubi partman failed with 141 code(this is different)

I have installed ubuntu alongside windows 7 and xp before but know after installing windows 8 i decided to install ubuntu again
( i know how to reinstall grub thats not the problem)
when i pressed second continue i have faced an error said ubi partman failed with exit code 141
i am trying to install a special release of ubuntu 12.04

i have tested and visited all pages in internet around this and none of them worked

and also i'm sure that this traces back to windows 8 existance because i have tested it on another pc with win 7 and no error showed up

please help me i am working robocup and i have the final match tomorrow and i am really confused

Did you ever find a solution? I am trying to dual boot 12.4 on my laptop and I get the same error message.
