Hi!
Around the 16th of January, 2013, something happened to my system that broke Extreme Tux Racer (etracer) so that re-installation of the program didn't help. I assume that the problem came with update packages but how could I know for sure. The system is Edubuntu 12.04 but I don't think it differs from Ubuntu in this respect.
The symptom is that etracer gets stuck at start-up with 100% processor load and blank window (or screen if started in full screen mode). The computer has ATI-based graphics.
Any ideas or similar experiences?
