Failed to fetch... during update

I'm using Ubuntu Server 10.10. Recently I added PPA for PhpMyAdmin and ran
sudp apt-get update and it worked perfectly fine.

Today I noticed, that PPA got updated, thou I thought of updating and when I tried to run
sudp apt-get update it gave a list with lots and lots Failed to fetch... lines

Here is my result /etc/apt/sources.list:

P.S.
I did look through other topics regarding that, but didn't find any obvious solution. Migration to other(newer) version is not an option.

I hate to be the harbinger of bad news, but, maverick version 10.10 reached end of life on April 10, 2012. That version is no longer supported.

Package repositories for old Ubuntu releases are dropped from Ubuntu’s upstream package repository and are removed from Ubuntu package mirrors. However, Ubuntu still makes them available here:http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/

may be of some slight relieve until you can do better.

You should consider a fresh install of 12.04 or 12.10. You will have to do a double upgrade in order to reach a supported version (11.10), from which you soon have to upgrade again.
