Windows installed Ubuntu and removing Windows

When I got my new laptop I was lazy/curious and used the Windows installer to stick Ubuntu on it which I had never used before, I didn't realise this would put Ubuntu in the same partition as windows is in, probably should have looked in to it a bit further before using it. Is there anyway I can now get rid of Windows and maintain my current Ubuntu install or do I need to blitz it all and reinstall?
