View Full Version : [xubuntu] Partition errors when trying to clone?

I'm setting up two Xubuntu 12.10 images (32 and 64 bit) for our lab, and I've used CloneZilla to create the image a few times with some configuration in between. It appears the partition has errors every time I try to do this, and must be repaired. During Pass 5, "Free blocks count wrong" and "Free inodes count wrong".

Is anyone else seeing this? I see this on two different systems so I doubt it is hardware. I've been doing everything gracefully, and have updated to the latest released packages.

hi there OneOfMant07.

I wonder if you ever found out how to resolve your CloneZilla " "Free blocks count wrong" and "Free inodes count wrong" issue?

I stumbled across the same problem but it seems like a bug in Clonezilla, as when it is 'repaired' it still persists. In fact, if the so-called repaired
image is written to the disk again, it is still there.

It would be interesting to see what (if anything) you found.

Best regards to you.

Sadly nothing new. I got busy with other stuff and the images seem to work, so it fell off my todo list. At least I know I'm not alone :)
