C# or Qt?

Hi everyone, can i ask you something? I wanna build new gui in ubuntu. Which platform is better, c# or Qt? If Qt prefer, which version should i use in ubuntu? If you have any experiences, please kindly share me. Thanks :)

C# has Qt bindings (http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Languages/Qyoto) (though I don't know how well they work and whether they are still maintained), so it's not necessarily either-or.
