HP Z 820 install

Hello All,
I have Installed Ubuntu 12.04 on this HP Z 820 Workstation, it has a Sas Raid Card "LSI SAS 2308".

The installation went through fine and when i rebooted it, there is only a cursor at the screen.

Any tips to trouble shoot this.?
