Hi all,

as I wrote in an other thread I switched to Ubuntu this week. I just wanted to try the system, but I decided I'll keep this OS as my primary OS. In the next weeks I'd like to replace my HDD in my notebook, so it seems I need to install Ubuntu once more time. Is there any solution to clone my current system and copy all my settings, application into the new system?

Thanks!

Clonezilla or Remastersys are the tools that first came to my mind:
