Good Resources/Magazines?

Hi, all, I was just looking for some more reading material and resources for general programming and IT. I'm familiar with some, such as the O'Reilly Network, MSDN/TechNet, Linux Journal, etc., but any recommendations, either free or subscription based, would be helpful. :-)

I love Linux Format. Subscription based, or from your newsagent, I believe. Good reviews, and tutorials and even programming projects, and a chock full dvd each release. Try it.
