Hi, I need help with a phrase in English:

how would you say that a hotel is a hard, solid, fixed, immovable object (as opposed to the camps, tents etc)? F.e. a hotel company has 50% "solid objects" (hotels, apartments) and 50% camps.

Everything I came up with sounded so "translated".

Thanks! ):P

An hotel building is a permanent structure.
