Not sure if this is the right forum to be posting this, but just wanted to do a quick survey of the community and gather any advice/tips.

I'm basically planning to upgrade an old WRT54GL linux router I have and go to something with wireless N. Next to my existing router I also have a five port gigabit switch.

I figure I could kill two birds with one stone and get a single device with wireless N and a decent number of gigabit ethernet ports (unfortunately the norm seems to be 4...but I could probably live with 8)

So far I've only been able to find one router on amazon (http://www.amazon.com/N900-Dual-Router-Wireless-Accelerate/dp/B007KZQMO6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1356979247&sr=8-1&keywords=My+net+900+hd) that somewhat fits the bill.

Any advice?

well don't limit yourself if you have a switch that's for sure. i would suggest something with dd-wrt personally.

Agreed and if you need more ports a decent switch is cheap enough...
