Sorry I bumped my previous post. I tried to delete it but couldn't. This is what I wanted to ask:
I know that the ufw firewall works for wired connections to the internet as I have desktops running ubuntu which have wired connections to the internet and ufw is set up on those desktops. Now, I plan to install ubuntu on a laptop and use the laptop's wireless interface to connect to wireless networks. Will the ufw firewall work for the wireless interface on my laptop too? Will the ufw firewall work to protect my laptop while my laptop is connected to a wireless network using my laptop's wireless interface?
