ugh, sorry if i gravedugg this, but i have the EXACT same problem

ugh, sorry if i gravedugg this, but i have the EXACT same problem

Try changing your server location
System settings > Software Sources

Moved to a thread of it's own, as the thread it was in was almost 4 years old, and much has changed since then.
