These are the official ubuntu forums. To my knowledge, there is no "better" forum, if by better you mean busier.

Mailing lists tend to be busy, but they also tend to be specialised. What are you interested in?

I don't know if it's "better" but there is "askubuntu".

If by "better" you mean more active, I haven't found one. What leads you to ask for a better one (what is missing here)?

Lol. That's kind of like going into a restaurant and asking if they can recommend a better restaurant for you to go to. ;)

Bloody love coffee just got a new espresso machine for xmas.

and yea between this and askubuntu you get everything you need afaif.

there is "askubuntu".

+1 also Ubuntu in Launchpad (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu) you can ask questions and file bugs. ;)

I was thinking of starting a thread about how there are too many sources, official and "commercial", for information on Ubuntu.
