this is new sandisk16 Gb flash
upon trying to install ubuntu12.10 64bit n my amd64 system to usb stick installer fails to format the flash drive.
and installer gets stuck there.
in the terminal mke2fs -j /dev/sdb1 works fine.
do i leave the file system fat32 and try installing further?
