downgrade xubuntu from 12.10 to 12.04

I installed xubuntu 12.19 and realized I wanted 12.04 because 12.04 is LTS. Anyway to downgrade from 12.10 to 12.04 within 12.10? I prefer not to delete everything and start from scratch.

Reinstall is the only way. Sorry. There is no downgrading from 12.10 (or any other Ubuntu) to anything earlier.
