help to spot repository for package

Have tried to install sources for telnet:
as i see this (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/quantal/+source/netkit-telnet/0.17-36build2) package is appropriate one. But i cannot find it in my repositories. Where exactly it could be located?

solved: i should run "apt-get source" instead "apt-get install"
