I plan on using CAD for my new build, but the only part left is the graphics card, and I wanted to see if there was any advantage of one over the other. Here are my other specs.

Quadro 600 would be more ideal for cad iirc, but if you are also going to be using it for gaming you may be better off with the 650 ti

How is that compared to the AMD Firepro V4900?

More then likely the Quadro as many have said. Workstation cards tend to have more raw power -vs- features unlike gaming cards. Which is a plus in applications using vector graphics.
I will make the recommendation that you check with the company that makes the CAD program you are using as they often have recommend video cards that they have wrote their software around.

I know from using Solidworks that Dassault Systems love the Quadros and going from even a very high end gaming card to a 5 year old workstation card is still a huge improvement in performance.
