I recently made a bootable Usb of Kubuntu 12.10, on which I made a few desktop tweaks and installed playonlinux and, through that, MS office. When I finally went and installed it to my device it loaded as a clean, untouched kubuntu, and none of my software is to be found. I loaded the usb again, and the changes are persistent - how can I make them transfer to a proper installation on my machine?
