New window placement on dual monitors

I am running xubuntu on an nvidia running in twinview mode. I want to set a specific window to open on a certain monitor or set xfce to remember the last window placement of that window (In this case the windows in question are a wine window running WoW and a google chrome). This is pretty much the default behavior in unity and the now defunct gnome2 so it should be possible under xfce (depending on how much work i put into it :))

I use devilspie and because I'm too bone idle to write the configs by hand gdevilspie to set them up.

All I ever really worry about is which workspace and it's geometry.
