Printing out questions on a marriage license.

Chrome completely drops the left hand text, but prints the right hand frame.

Firefox drops this text

Badly designed web page. Either select the text and print the selection or see if they have a "printer friendly" view.

Another way is take a screen shot.
Still I wasted a lot of paper trying various things.

It shows up in print preview, so why wont it print?

I just checked the same page on FF on my Windows Box (with adblock) and it looks fine to me.

However on my 12.04 box with no adblock, it cuts off one of the lines.

Here's a PDF of the site on my Windows box.

just so you know you can print to pdf file with cups-pdf (apt:cups-pdf)

I see, so you save a PDF, then print the PDF. I dont want to use any more paper on it to see what comes out.

Pretty much. I print almost everything to PDF nowadays. Saves paper. ;)
