View Full Version : [ubuntu] Creating a full Ubuntu backup?

After reinstalling Ubuntu over a dozen times in the last year or so due to me messing around and whatnot it would probably save me a ton of time to just image it.

I dual boot with Windows 8 so I'm not looking for a drive image. I'd be keeping it on an external drive.

Best way to go about doing this? It's setting up the system that's such a pain.

I couldnt live without out, well i could but wouldnt want to

why has dual booting preventing you from imaging ? I boot Windows &, Slackware and Linux Mint, I have Drive images as well as partition images and i keep them on a local drive as well as a backup of the images on a external drive

Install configure update exactly how you want it then remastersys
