I know Linux is hackable if we not follow the security and harden techniques.

Simple. No system is "secure" in a connected world. Linux overall is no more "secure" than any other OS, they all have different aspects to security approach, most end user OS are all EAL 4 or thereabouts in overall security cetification.

Security is a process, education, user awareness and vigilence, regardless of the OS.

As for "hacking" from a security point of view, techniques, exploits etc are not permitted here.

Peace

Correct - and we keep an eye on it.

I think most hacking is more social manipulation in any event, which of course will work on any system.

There are factors that help reduce practical threats to linux in day to day usage though.

Social engineering can be a large part, small part or not play any part at all in any penetration test, security audit, or malicious "hack"
