I have absolutely same problem. Win8, Ubuntu 12.10, Dell XPS 13, UEFI Secure Mode enabled. Grub entry for Ubuntu works fine, same error messages for Windows entries as MichelT has. Workaround is to boot through change BIOS entry.

Moved to your own thread. Added your comment on BIOS boot choice in that thread. IF you did not need help and just wanted to post on workaround, then I probably should not have moved post to new thread.
Was this thread.

Post the link to the BootInfo report that this creates. Is part of Boot-Repair:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Boot-Info
Boot Repair -Also handles LVM, GPT, separate /boot and UEFI dual boot.:

You can repair many boot issues with this or 'Create BootInfo' report (Other Options) & post the link it creates, so we can see your exact configuration and diagnose advanced problems.
Install in Ubuntu liveCD or USB or Full RepairCD with Boot-Repair (for newer computers)

I don't understand why did you moved my post. YannBuntu created an issue ticket in Trac, but I'm not able to comment there so I just wanted to comment in original thread, that MichelT is not only one who has that problem and probably it's general issue. The solution will be the same for me as for MichelT, so why to create new thread? Delete it please...
