View Full Version : EOG missing in "Open with.." menu

For some reason Eye of Gnome are missing from the "Open with.." menu? I had to install gThumb to be able to view images, but I dont like that at all.
What to do?

In my context menu it shows up as "Image Viewer" not EOG.

/usr/share/applications/
Thats where the launcher is. Does it show up there?

Yes. I can use the application without any problem.

Thanks for the tip! But it didnt work for me, I tried both alternatives.

I solved it by adding a entry via Alacarte with the command "eog %f". :)
