Dear fellow members!

I am currently writing my last exams project about Open source and the Linux kernel, and I would hope that some of you great members in here could help me answer some questions I need answered with different opinions and perspectives.

I've created a survey that I would like most of you to take just a little time to answer. It would help me A LOT!

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/35JGY7S

If you have any comments on the survey please comment! :)

Best Regards,

Kenneth aka Napsteren

We seem to get quite a few of these (almost identical) here. Surely you had access to your forebears' results?

Anyway, filled out and finished, as requested.

Homework?

Does is look like homework?
As I pointed out in the text above:" It is for my last exams project". I have hoped for a little more welcoming tone, than that.

Anyway. Thanks for the help!

Your reception probably would be a lot different, if you had some history here, instead of creating an account specifically to get results for your survey.

True. I filled it out anyway.
OP, how would you answer those questions you asked us?

Indeed.

It would also help your credibility to NOT spam:

I don't understand the difference between Q9 and Q10. Surely the reason you'd be using Linux is the same as the advantages?

Almost filled out the survey, then read the OP's snarky comment. OP lost my business quite quickly..

Homework?

Yes, so locked. Homework is banned by the Ubuntu Code of Conduct Section 2.7:

While we are happy to serve as a resource for hints and for asking questions when you get stuck and need a little help, the Ubuntu Forums is not a homework service. Please do not post your homework assignments expecting someone else to do it for you. Any such threads will be taken offline and warnings or infractions may be issued.
