Hi everyone,
I have a samsung netbook (N150) with an Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N450 @ 1.66GHz (32 bit), 1 GB RAM and an Intel GMA graphic processor as graphic card. I have ubuntu 12.04 LTS with lxde running.
After installing power management, with all the features like battery icon in system tray, I could use the keyboard buttons to adjust monitor brightness.
After last kernel update (3.2.0-34-generic), when I use the brightness buttons I still see the on screen display indicator with a bar that moves if I try to increase or to reduce the brightness but, actually, nothing happens to the real brightness of the monitor.
I don't know if it has to do with the new kernel or with other updates.
Thanks for your help!
