first, nmaster, thanks for your thread, i'd completely forgotten about that.

ok, so i want to skip those google ads.

does anyone know how to get around that bloody youtube advert thing???

i was just watching a beautiful bach performance and got some loud celebrity crap after it when i wanted to listen to some instrumental queen ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNP0f0QxMFM&list=UUbKM5fcSsaEFZRP-bjH8Y9w&index=12&feature=plpp_video , this pianist is amazing).

i feel that this can't be profiled on browser or os , and there must be a script that would bypass it, i'm just not sure how flash works?

thanks for any help / advice.

ok. so i think ther's a variable (actually probably a function) ; gYouTubePlayerReady which may need to be set to true.

Some of the advertising I've seen on Youtube has the ability to skipped, but with the last clip, you might just have to put up with it.

Please be aware that Youtube might not take kindly to us "interfering" with the operation of its players. For more information, see http://www.youtube.com/t/terms
