Sylpheed - how to avoid fetching all mail?

Hello there Guys

I've been having this problem for some time and with few mail clients (also Claws, Evolution).

I added my mail account to Sylpheed and it started to get all 3000 messages.

Can i make it to get only fresh things from that moment on, or at least last 50-100?
