Hello, I am wondering ,in the case of a dual boot, windows/ubuntu. Can i change
the default boot to windows instead of ubuntu ? I did search , couldn't find an
answer. Thank you.

Grub Customizer makes that a breeze:

Above link is to SUM. I would avoid using it now.
Use Bucky Ball's suggestion of Grub Customizer.
StartUp-Manager is dead - SUM 2011-05-06
