i didnt know where to put this so i'll stick it here :D
after i copied my dads mail folder from windows to linux and then stated up thunderbird it proceeded to download 1,000 messages from the last 6 months that were already present in the folder (theres now 2 of pretty much every email from the past 6 or so months). My question is, is there a way to create a filter or something that will delete the duplicate message based upon the message content?? it takes my dad forever to read his mail and this just doubles his work :lol:
