ubuntu 12.10 download for AMD 2650e

Which Ubuntu 12.10 image do I need to download for installation on a computer with an AMD 2650e processor. The version for most Intel/AMD x86 based computers will not work. There is something unique about this processor. If there is no Ubuntu 12.10 yet available for my needs, could you tell me which alternate download of Ubuntu 12.04 I need. Thanks in advance. P.A. You should use the 64bit image.

A 32 bit iso should work fine with a 32 bit processor.

You should use the 64bit image. That is not the problem. A 32 bit os works great on 64 bit processor.

I had this problem when I installed 12.04. Someone told me why the ordinary iso would not work and gave me an alternate download to use but I have since lost this information.

The AMD Athlon 2650E is a 32-bit processor and should work with Ubuntu 12.04 x86 unless there are other parts of your computer which are causing problems. What are the video processor specifications, monitor, sound system, and any other specifications for your computer if you have no manufacturer and model number for the computer you are using.
