Compiz drivers

I downloaded Compiz and am trying to get the cube destop, water effects and wobbly windows to work, but it seems it dont have the right drivers. Anyone know how to get this working? searched, but cant find any easy answers. I set the effects thru the program but theyre not working. Thanks in advance
