I have F1A55-M LX PLUS ASUS Mother board and I want to download Audio And Video Drivers hot to install it.

Ubuntu software center> edit> software repositories> additional drivers and see if you can istall drivers from there.

Linux is NOT MS Windows -- you don't go out hunting down drivers for it.

Ubuntu scans the hardware, downloads the proper drivers, and installs them as part of initial setup.
