Is it worth upgrading a production 10.04 LAMP server to 12.04?

I use it for eCommerce, and except for a few missing emails that I suspect are caused by my citadel install, it's working just fine. Is there a good reason for me to upgrade to 12.04 server?

10.04 server is supported up to April 2015. So, if things are working well then I do not see why you should hurry. But it does no harm to plan for an upgrade, especially if it involves a commercial business set up.
