Online feed for tide, sun/moonrise & moon phase, sea temp,wind, swell & wave height?

Anybody know of any source for the above info so I can use it in Conky?

Basically all the info a site like windguru provides + a bit more?

I remember I once wrote a perl script to calculate planetary hours using one of the following modules for the sunrise and sunset:
