Can I change window buttons size?

Title says it all. Is there any way to change window buttons size? They are too big. I've tried to change theme and noticed that the size varies. But I could not find a way to adjust that myself. Anyone? Thanks in advance.

The Window buttons are tied to your panel row size. You could make your panel narrower or make it two rows or more.
