it's gonna be hard for me to explain the problem i am seeing. but i have attached the screenshot for you to look at.
the issue is that whenever something is change or is being clicked on, the background color of the thing (could be window, panel, link and etc) becomes the background color of the desktop. you can probably be able to see it from the screenshot. they are blueish.
it also happens to the link i click on in a webpage.
anyone knows what's going on?
