Hi, same problem here.
UX32VD 3001, and cannot boot any live distro.
I have tried nomedeset and I avoid the black screen problem, but boot gets stuck.
On the very first day I managed to boot Live Gnome Debian (with some driver issues) but after upgrading the EFI that was impossible too.
Any clues?
