Can anybody share some great sources for great XFCE themes, preferably compatible with the latest 4.10?
Common sites like deviantART can be left out.
I'm in search of good XFCE themes but haven't stubmled upon anything interesting.

In what way are the themes @ DeviantART inadequate?
Or what features are you specifically looking for that would qualify a theme as "good looking"?

Most of the themes I've found there are either just xfwm4 themes, not full Gtk themes or simply nothing new. It seems to me, that XFCE themes are not that much developed, or am I just looking at the wrong places? Whenever I scout for new themes I just see the same, old ones.
I'm not looking for anything particular, just something new and polished. Decent looking themes. Can be about anything, from a solid dark to light theme. Even colourful ones are good.

I've been looking as well. What I'm actually thinking of doing is using Conky instead of focusing on the XFCE theme it's self.
If you are running GNOME shell then this site might be somewhere to start. http://gnome-look.org/?xsection=home

The best theme for me is the new greybird theme from shimmer project. And it's the default theme in xubuntu 12.10.

Take a look at Greybird-Mac 1.0 together with Faenza Cupertino icons theme.
You can download the theme here (http://xfce-look.org/content/download.php?content=149800&id=1&tan=45352163&PHPSESSID=fce9ea8404c8d4b65c73a4659e449e83).
And to install the icons themes just type in a terminal:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install faenza-icon-theme

Here are 3 pretty nice themes: http://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=6770.
And other than Greybird, shimmerproject also develops the Blackbird, Bluebird and Albatross themes: https://github.com/shimmerproject/

Only those aren't true Xfce themes. Some have only a GTK2 appearance theme and most (all?) don't have an Xfwm window manager theme.

These were the best I could find so far. And they match perfectly with the already present xfwm4 themes, like Blackbird for darker themes.

I use Clearlook-Phenix and I like it. It is very neat and clean. It has been developed for GTK 3.0 to GTK 3.6.

I also am looking for XFWM themes. I'm using Paranoid GTK by Monkeymagico, which looks awesome, but frankly, all of the XFWM themes I've tried look so cheap next to the GTK. They all seem to be simple variations of the stock XFWM themes. Seems like XFWM is growing in popularity, but themes are disappointingly lacking. Any suggestions for a good dark, flat one?
